About This Workshop

Welcome to our online event focused on enhancing Structured Literacy programs! Whether you're a teacher, parent, or literacy professional, join us to learn new strategies, tools, and resources to boost any Structured Literacy initiative you are involved in. Dive into sessions led by experts in the field, engage in discussions, and gain valuable insights to empower your teaching or support your child's learning. Don't miss this opportunity to elevate your literacy program!

Extensive research supports the idea that deliberate practice is essential for mastering any skill, including learning to read. But most struggling readers want to avoid practicing. Participants will learn how and why game-based instruction with a goal helps struggling readers, even the most reluctant, practice without realizing that they're practicing!

Moderated by Dr. Linda Silbert, Ph.D., President of StrongLearning.com and co-creator of the SuperDeck Phonics and Fluency Card Games.
