Everyone Reading is New York’s promising resource for  children and adults with dyslexia and related learning  difficulties and the community that supports them. We  provide tools for teachers and support for students and  parents—from professional development for educators to  resources for children and their families. Our programs  focus on multisensory evidence-based learning  approaches that align with National Reading Panel  findings and current research in literacy instruction.

Information and Referral  Services

Information and Referral Services of Everyone Reading  provides a link between people who need services and  those who can assist them. Via email, phone calls and  face-to-face, our I&R professionals answer your  questions and connect parents, professionals and adults with dyslexia with the appropriate resources and referrals.

Everyone Reading answers your questions about dyslexia and related learning disabilities and provides referrals for tutoring, evaluations and other services. We’re building a robust referral network of providers throughout the tri-state area as a benefit to our professional members and to support families. The Everyone Reading Information and Referral Service is the only service in New York State dedicated solely to dyslexia and strives to insure an effective response to the information needs of our callers, and to facilitate delivery among service providers.

We receive 5,000 calls and emails annually and we respond with resources and referrals to well-trained and experienced educational evaluators, tutors, and special education advocates or lawyers. To reach the information and referral service, please call  (212) 691-1930, ext. 12 or email us here.
